Feed Yourself Friday - IK’3 Breath Practice and Gratitude Meditation

A 60 minute easy meditation for all levels that gives permission for busy minds, bodies and spirits to reset and balance.

IK’ 3 breath practice ™️ is a method that we use in each meditation that is unlike other meditations you may have experienced. Long ago, we used to sit with all parts of ourselves present. In this fast paced western society, we often consult the brain to do most of the work, the body to be reactive and act fast and the essence to whirlwind into action. This is why many of us are burnt out and unable to lead lives with balance and ease. Regular mediation with IK’ 3 breath practice ™️ invites the mind, the body and the essence to come together as ONE. It reminds us of how we used to be when all parts of ourselves are seen and acknowledged as "important" and saying thank you to these parts of ourselves that do so much is also a very beautiful way of knowing and remembering ourselves better.

I welcome you to sit with this practice, that has been created from my elder teacher Marita @pathofix and their elder wisdom and say thank you each time to them, their alliances and ancestors for this wisdom to be passed to us to use each day.
