Abhyanga – conversations with my body
Traditionally known as Abhyanga, self-massage is a nurturing practice that helps to strengthen the body, calm the mind and nourish the tissues. This ancient ayurvedic massage practice married with guided meditation takes you on a journey of reconnection and honours your body, mind and essence.
A 90-minute self-massage with guided meditation and sound by Mixch to allow you to create a deeper relationship and conversations with parts of your body. Lead by the chakras.
Abhyanga Massage encourages toxins to leave the body, so we invite this practice before a cleansing warm shower.
